Paul Bridges Group is partnering with an established international executive search firm to expand its US presence. The role offers a true 360 desk across business development, client management, and search delivery.

You will focus on fully retained executive search assignments in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and related industrial markets, building relationships with senior decision-makers and guiding senior-level appointments in a growing US footprint.

Qualifications

• A proven recruitment track record within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related technical markets.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally at the senior or executive level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in retained executive search.
• Experience in retained search is advantageous, but successful 360 recruiters with relevant sector expertise are encouraged to apply.
