Job summary

YouLend is hiring a Head of Collections in Atlanta to own US collections performance. You will lead a small, recently rebuilt team and implement hiring, onboarding, and training processes while scaling analytics, segmentation, and contact strategies.

You will own cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect, and losses, with autonomy from the Global Head of Collections in London. The role demands a proactive leader capable of building scalable processes, leveraging data, and driving performance

Qualifications

• Directly owned collections outcomes and KPIs, with data-driven decisions.
• Led a small team and hired/train staff independently.
• Experience in a collections function undergoing significant transformation.
• Has operated in the US market with regulatory awareness.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid growth, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own metrics driving portfolio performance in the US, including cure rates and losses.
• Design and evolve segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies.
• Lead, develop, and upgrade the collections team and maintain performance culture.
• Define the operating model, structure, workflows, and governance to scale with the business.
