Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations (Site Performance) to own activation, randomization, and site-service performance across a growing cardiology network. You will lead a cross-functional team, design scalable workflows, and drive measurable operating improvements.

With 10+ years in strategic roles, you will build frameworks, own performance dashboards, and partner with Product and site staff to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, high-growth startup ops, or similar strategic roles.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and build operating plans.
• Strong quantitative fluency and data-driven decision making.
• Experience owning a P&L or KPI sets at program/network level.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and randomization performance across cardiology site network.
• Define and track KPIs for site support services.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Site teams, and sponsors.
• Develop scalable operating models and service delivery standards.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary site performance team.
