• Advanced data querying, reporting, forecasting, and operations research skills
• Expert organizational, planning and time management skills

Aufgaben

• Develop branch strategy, set goals and align with organizational objectives
• Direct operations to meet targets, SLAs and corporate objectives
• Oversee benchmarking and trend analysis to improve service and control risk
• Collaborate with Credit Policy and Compliance to mitigate organization risk
• Serve on Credit Committee to establish guidelines for credit decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage large programs from inception to implementation
