Role requires a track record of leading risk teams and deep expertise in regulatory compliance, with a focus on technology, security, data, and model risk within financial services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operational risk, governance, or financial services risk management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing risk teams.
• Experience across ORM domains (tech, security, data, models, third party, etc.).
• Master's degree or equivalent training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational risk management strategy.
• Lead risk advisory services guiding leadership on trends and mitigation.
• Oversee risk assessment and control testing across units for regulatory compliance.
• Refine enterprise-wide KRIs with risk analytics for informed decisions.
• Foster cross-functional risk governance among risk, compliance, and audit leaders.
• Develop and implement ORM frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee ORM-related policies, instructions, and standards.
