• Expert knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience leading a multi-functional lending operation in a large financial institution.
• Advanced knowledge of banking trends, products and services.
• Strong data querying, forecasting, analysis and operations research skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop branch strategy, priorities and goals aligned with department objectives.
• Direct operations to meet targets, SLAs and corporate aims.
• Oversee benchmarking and trend analysis to drive improvement and member experience.
• Identify gaps, implement changes and coordinate staffing to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with Credit Policy and Compliance on risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve on Credit Committee; establish guidelines for credit decisions and renewals.
• Coordinate with Lending for competitive analysis, surveys and market tracking.
• Oversee audits to ensure compliance with laws and NFCU policies.
• Liaise with auditors and implement approved procedural changes.
• Monitor laws changes and coordinate policy updates across branches.
