Qualifications

• 8+ years in trust & safety, integrity, or content operations.
• Experience owning enforcement metrics: automation rate, accuracy, cost per action.
• Experience building or governing model-assisted enforcement with human-in-the-loop design.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Trust & Safety (T&S) team and related programs.
• Own enforcement economics end-to-end: cost per decision, precision vs. recall at volume, automation targets.
• Govern AI-assisted decisioning: model-assisted pipelines, human-in-the-loop thresholds, auditability.
