Job summary

Suno, the leader in AI-powered entertainment, seeks a Senior/Staff Behavioral Engineer to make safe behavior the default path in the product. You will study abuse patterns, redesign flows, and partner with Product and Engineering to embed risk-reducing changes into roadmaps.

You will measure real behavioral change, lead cross-functional reviews after incidents, and help Suno make safe experiences a core part of every product, enabling creative fulfillment for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in trust & safety, security, fraud, anti-abuse, or risk-focused product work.
• Track record reducing risky behavior via product design with measurable results.
• Ability to influence roadmap decisions with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how abuse and risk occur on the platform and inside the company.
• Redesign signup flows, defaults, and friction points to deter harm.
• Make recommendations to roadmaps without owning the roadmap.
• Measure impact with before/after comparisons and define success metrics.
• Lead post-incident reviews to identify design-driven risk.
• Track industry trends to improve awareness and training when effective.
• Help make safe experiences integral to Suno's products.
