Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership to align treasury activities with enterprise goals.

You will oversee cash forecasting, working capital, investment oversight, and treasury risk management while driving process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.
• Experience managing liquidity, treasury systems, investment portfolios, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation and controls.
• Manage company investment portfolio and coordinate with external managers.
• Develop treasury policies and internal controls aligned with risk governance.
