Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Insurance Solutions are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Transportation Insurance division. The Operations Manager will guide the Service Team supporting the Producers to grow our book.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial transportation insurance and proven experience managing agency operations, quality control, service teams, and insurance workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience supporting transportation, trucking, or fleet operations.
• Experience managing agency operations, quality control, and service teams.

• Lead daily operations of the division, ensuring efficient client service, policy administration, and renewals.
• Develop and improve operational processes to support growth and profitability.
