Responsibilities

• Contributes to leadership, directs and evaluates transfer student programs offered through the Office of Admissions.
• Provides operational management and oversight to a team of student programming staff.
• Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates performance of assigned staff; sets priorities and conducts reviews.
• Leads transfer student programs including Hoosier Link and related policies with stakeholders.
• Plans and executes undergraduate recruitment initiatives and campus events, including travel within the state.
• Engages in recruitment efforts and yield strategies, reviewing files and trends.
• Tracks participation and summarizes institutional metrics for program assessment.
• Evaluates and ensures quality of programming; manages hiring and budget decisions.
• Provides day-to-day operational management of student programming staff.
• Identifies issues and implements solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensures staffing, scheduling, training, and development for staff.
• Keeps leadership informed on trends and problems in the field.
