Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a senior staff member to lead transfer student programs within the Office of Admissions and to supervise a team of student programming staff. The role includes budget oversight, performance evaluations, and coordinating the Hoosier Link transition program with Ivy Tech campuses.

You will plan targeted undergraduate recruitment initiatives, engage in yield strategies, and monitor engagement trends for program assessment, ensuring high-quality services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in student programs, social work, or related field.
• Master's degree in higher education student affairs preferred.
• 2 years in student programs, higher education student affairs, or related field required; 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transfer student programs and supervises student programming staff.
• Oversees operations management and budget for transfer initiatives.
• Analyses performance and conducts performance reviews.
• Coordinates Hoosier Link transition program with IU Bloomington and Ivy Tech campuses.
• Plans recruitment initiatives including campus presentations and travel.
