Seattle University in Seattle, WA, seeks a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, Transfer Recruitment, to lead transfer recruitment efforts, supervise the Transfer Recruitment Team, and oversee transfer application review and admission recommendations. You will partner with advisors, faculty, and community college partners to reach undergraduate enrollment goals.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and student-centered communication, with frequent evening and weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of professional experience sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Advise prospective students through the admissions process via appointments, phone calls, events, and outreach.
• Review and evaluate transfer applications and make initial admission recommendations.
• Supervise the Transfer Recruitment Team and mentor staff.
• Plan and participate in recruitment events, presentations, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to develop enrollment strategies and meet goals.
