Job summary

Confidential Employer in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned clinical leader to oversee and expand its TMS and Spravato services. You will drive clinical quality, operational performance, and program growth while ensuring safe, patient-centered care.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nursing staff, and operations partners; establish protocols, monitor KPIs, and scale the interventional psychiatry service line.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with TMS, Spravato/esketamine, or interventional psychiatry.
• Previous experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of psychiatric treatment, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with Spravato REMS and/or TMS program operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, improve, and scale clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and operational direction of TMS and Spravato programs.
• Establish and maintain clinical protocols, workflows, and treatment standards.
• Oversee treatment delivery, patient safety, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements, including Spravato REMS.
• Monitor program KPIs, patient volume, utilization, outcomes, and operations.
• Improve patient access, scheduling, treatment capacity, and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to enhance the patient experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and quality of care.
• Support growth and expansion of interventional psychiatry services.
• Stay current with research and best practices in TMS, Spravato, interventional psychiatry.
