Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking an experienced clinical leader in Houston to oversee and expand its Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato services. You will drive clinical quality, operational performance, and program growth while managing day-to-day service delivery.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nursing staff, and operations leaders to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. This is an onsite leadership role in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and Spravato/esketamine or interventional psychiatry.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric treatment, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with Spravato REMS and/or TMS program operations preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and operational direction of TMS and Spravato programs.
• Establish and maintain clinical protocols, workflows, and treatment standards.
• Oversee treatment delivery, patient safety, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements, including Spravato REMS.
• Monitor program KPIs, patient volume, utilization, outcomes, and performance.
• Improve patient access, scheduling, capacity, and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to enhance patient experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and quality of care.
• Support growth and expansion of interventional psychiatry services.
