Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Psychiatry leader to oversee TMS and Spravato programs across outpatient sites in North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. You will supervise APPs, drive clinical quality initiatives, and collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer on program launches and hiring.

The role requires board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, plus at least two years of physician leadership experience and licenses for NC/VA/TN or the ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Minimum of 2 years in physician leadership.
• NC, VA, and TN licenses required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMS and Spravato services across multiple outpatient sites.
• Oversee clinical quality improvement, peer review, and provider education.
• Supervise and collaborate with APPs across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
• Partner with CMO on new program launches and clinical hiring.
• Support complex cases and provide daytime on-call backup for providers.
