Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Ticket Systems & Services to build and run the ticketing platform for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will own the configuration and health of the systems behind sessions and access, partnering with providers and support teams to ensure a smooth fan experience and robust revenue generation.

The role requires extensive experience with ticketing platforms, plus the ability to operate across cross-functional teams and maintain high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platform infrastructure.
• Proven success growing revenue in ticketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing platform on an ongoing basis, including configuration and updates to session details and technical systems.
• Contribute to Games-time ticket operations, including access control and ticket resolution.
• Help manage the customer support process so fans get timely, reliable help.
• Work with Ticket Service Providers to coordinate and track delivery of technical functionality.
• Partner across teams to keep ticketing systems, revenue goals, and the fan experience aligned.
