On Location, a leader in high-profile event hospitality, seeks an experienced operations executive to orchestrate cross-functional hospitality operations for the LA28 Olympic Games across Greater LA venues and off-venue sites.

The role drives readiness, health, safety and security, aligning venue teams, partners and stakeholders under a unified Games-time strategy, with emphasis on high-touch, high-pressure environments.

Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and operational reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, external partners and large operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic planning, deployment and execution of the Advance Venue Team for competition venues in the Greater LA outlying area for the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Drive the development and implementation of integrated operational plans that align venue operations, hospitality delivery and transportation requirements.
• Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure all last-mile functions are aligned, prepared and execution-ready for Games-time conditions.
