Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in professional sports or similar environment with strong ticket sales revenue track record.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and driving revenue results.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive ticket sales strategies and forecast revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of season ticket memberships, premium seating, group sales, and ticketing revenue optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing sales professionals.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all ticket sales operations including memberships, premium seating, group sales, mini plans, and single-match sales.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term ticket sales strategies aligned with financial objectives and attendance goals.
• Establish annual revenue budgets, sales forecasts, KPIs, and ensure accountability for targets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the ticket sales team to sustain revenue performance.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and yield management to maximize ticket revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Fan Experience on integrated revenue initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with corporate partners and community organizations to drive new business.
