• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in professional sports or similar.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving ticket sales and revenue goals.
• Experience with ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Archtics, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all ticket sales operations, including season memberships, premium seating, group sales, mini plans, and single-match ticket sales.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term ticket sales strategies aligned with financial objectives and attendance goals.
• Establish annual revenue budgets, sales forecasts, KPIs, and accountability for goals.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the ticket sales team with a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management, and revenue optimization to maximize ticket revenue.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive integrated revenue initiatives.
