CXG is seeking a Thought Leadership Expert to lead its editorial vision across luxury, beauty, watches, automotive and hospitality. You will shape CXG’s POV, produce original content from proprietary data, and manage a Market Intelligence teammate.

The role is remote with global scope and requires deep research and industry insight. You will craft the thought leadership roadmap, collaborate with Practices, Regions and Solutions, and ensure every publication carries CXG’s distinctive perspective

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop original thought leadership content.
• Strong editorial writing skills with evidence-led publications.
• Ability to translate data and market signals into credible POVs.

Responsabilités

• Define thought leadership strategy and publish a calendar.
• Coordinate content across Practices, Regions and Solutions.
• Research and write articles, perspectives and podcasts.
• Lead market intelligence efforts and manage the team member.
• Monitor trends and shape CXG's external position.
• Prepare materials for events and client conversations.
