• Current customer of premium and luxury brands
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; honesty is valued

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments, aligning missions with your preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online, engaging with sales associates in-store or from home
• Observe ambient conditions, service quality, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback through our platform questionnaires
