Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States).
• Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose and complete assignments aligned with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and provide feedback via questionnaires.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with brands and complete multiple missions per month.
