Job summary

ASC Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Content & Thought Leadership Manager to build and run our B2B thought leadership from the ground up. This is a strategic, executive-facing role that goes beyond social media.

You will shape two voices—the CEO's personal thought leadership and ASC Global's corporate narrative—interviewing experts, translating complex topics into publishable content, and driving a data-led content program that supports pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in B2B content, editorial or thought leadership in a technical industry.
• Strong writing and editing to clarify complex subjects for executives.
• Proven ability to ghostwrite or shape executive voice.
• Commercial focus with pipeline and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and run ASC Global's thought leadership from the ground up.
• Shape two voices: CEO's personal LinkedIn presence and ASC Global's narrative.
• Interview with internal experts and translate insights into publishable content.
• Track trends and develop clear points of view on AI infrastructure, data centres, semiconductors, and supply-chain disruptions.
• Turn data into insights and develop proprietary trends for publication.
• Create content across reports, articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, carousels, and video concepts.
• Scale ideas into campaigns across LinkedIn, website, email and other channels.
• Measure impact: followers, engagement, website traffic, inbound enquiries and revenue influence.
• Lead and mentor a Junior Content/Social Media Coordinator and coordinate freelancers.
