• 18+ years in pharma/biotech with leadership experience.
• 10+ years in management or functional leadership, including alliance management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the TechOps alliance and strategic partnership strategy.
• Define governance, decision rights, committees, escalation pathways, operating plans, and performance standards.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for partner organizations and build senior stakeholder relationships.
• Guide partnership planning across Manufacturing, Technical Development, Supply Chain, Quality, and Development.
