Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional teams and drive the program strategy for one or more molecules. Based in Waltham, MA, you will partner with the PTL and senior experts to align plans, manage risks, and deliver ambitious development milestones.

The role requires an agile mindset, exceptional communication, and a track record in late-stage biotech programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry in positions of increasing responsibility.
• Experience with late-stage clinical development and commercial programs required.
• Experience with neuromuscular diseases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of one or more high performing cross-functional teams, with focus on priorities, goals, resources and environment.
• Partner with the PTL to identify short, medium, and long-term team priorities and propose path to address
• Drive execution of the established program vision and strategy for bringing a life-changing medicine to patients in need
• Facilitate creation & maintenance of core program strategy documents including TPP, CDP, Regulatory Strategy, and Supply Strategy
• Ensure that non-clinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercialization strategies align with the TPP and Program Strategy
• Inspire development of an efficient plan to achieve development and commercialization strategy, optimizing for quality, speed and cost
• Ensure program decisions are timely and clear through interactions with PTL, program team and governance forums
• Accountable for creation and maintenance of detailed cross-functional plans and visual summaries
• Maintain communication with Program Team, Dyne Senior Leadership, and stakeholders regarding status, priorities, risks and needs
• Partner with Head of Program Management to evolve PM discipline to grow a portfolio of disease products
• Keep abreast of developments in muscle diseases and oligonucleotide drug discovery and development
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence
