Job summary

Gordon Sinclair seeks its first dedicated technology leader to align technology with business strategy and governance. Remote with some on-site presence at PA facilities, this full-time role reports to Executive Leadership and sits on the leadership team.

You will own the technology roadmap, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination while building a strong team and governance model. This is a leadership role focused on delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology leadership with strategy and budgets.
• Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred).
• Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps.
• Governance: change control, source control and monitoring.
• Vendor and offshore resource management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy and a prioritized 12-month roadmap.
• Establish governance across systems and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, scope, and spend accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and reporting cadence.
• Improve visibility of tech work and business outcomes.
