Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Global Head of Technology & Product to define and lead technology and product vision across the organization. This executive will report to the Chief People & Technology Officer and will govern Product Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services globally.

You will shape how we combine technology, AI, product innovation, and client needs to create scalable solutions driving growth, improved outcomes, and market strength.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Product, Technology, Engineering, Digital, or Innovation functions.
• Experience leading global teams and operating in complex matrix organizations.
• Successful track record of developing and scaling technology-enabled products, platforms, or services.
• Experience translating market opportunities and customer needs into clear product and technology strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision for GP Strategies' technology and product portfolio.
• Develop and own a global roadmap aligned to client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
• Drive decisions on when to build, buy, partner, or integrate technology solutions.
• Lead the development of technology-enabled products and services that support business growth.
• Prioritize initiatives based on client impact, commercial value, strategic fit, and delivery feasibility.
• Establish portfolio governance and investment frameworks that support sustainable growth.
• Shape GP Strategies' approach to AI-enabled products, services, and internal capabilities.
• Identify opportunities where automation, data, and AI can improve efficiency, client outcomes, and competitive differentiation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
• Lead global teams across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive successful delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Work with Growth, Sales, and Operations leaders to develop technology-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage.
• Support proposition development, client engagement, and revenue growth through technology innovation.
• Measure success through business outcomes, client value, adoption, and commercial performance.
