Our client is a growth-oriented, founder-led real estate investment and advisory firm serving a specialized institutional client base. The organization has built a reputation for discipline, entrepreneurial speed, and long-term partnership with the investors and clients it serves.

As the company enters its next stage of growth, it is creating a new leadership role dedicated to technology and business systems. This is a newly created position with full ownership of the organization's technology direction and a seat at the leadership table. ITAC Solutions is pleased to serve as the retained search partner for the right person for this exciting new role.

What You Will Do

This role will help shape the organization's technology strategy in partnership with its leadership team, build consensus around its priorities, and then lead the execution. The focus is on strengthening the systems, data, and reporting that support the business as it scales, including the kind of accurate, timely information that institutional partners and clients increasingly expect.

This is not an information technology support role. This role is about strategy, systems, and long-term direction, working closely with senior leadership to identify where technology can meaningfully move the business forward.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has led technology strategy or business systems work inside a lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating and managing outside technology partners and translating complex data into insight that a non-technical leadership team and outside investors can act on.

Just as important as technical background is approach. This organization is looking for someone who builds trust and consensus before driving change, and who is energized by shaping something new rather than maintaining what already exists.

No specific industry background is required. Strong candidates may come from real estate, investment management, capital markets, professional services, or any other data-intensive, relationship-driven industry.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive compensation and benefits package, commensurate with experience. This role requires the successful candidate to be based on-site along Florida's Gulf Coast / Panhandle region.
