Eco Outdoor is seeking a Head of Technology for the USA, based in the greater Los Angeles area with hybrid work options. You will lead technology operations, manage vendors, and drive projects across Salesforce, NetSuite, and digital platforms.

The role requires strong governance, security, and cross-region leadership to support rapid growth and showroom deployments. Reporting to the GM Technology, you will manage a distributed team across the US, Australia, and Indonesia, ensuring alignment

Competenze

• 8+ years in technology operations, IT or business systems with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite, in admin, integration, or management.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with strong delivery discipline (Agile/waterfall).
• Experience managing vendors, agencies and IT managed services providers, including negotiating contracts and scopes of work.

Mansioni

• Maintain stable, secure core systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, digital platforms) across regions.
• Own day-to-day IT service via managed services partners in US and AU.
• Lead vendor evaluations and drive changes to support growth and budgets.
• Oversee workplace technology (AV, hardware, networking) and hardware lifecycle.
• Build a repeatable model for showroom/site tech readiness and expansion.
• Run technology project register, scope, timelines, budgets and reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities for technology delivery.
