Job summary

Eco Outdoor Group seeks a Head of Technology to run technology operations across the US and ANZ, overseeing Salesforce, NetSuite and our digital platforms. You will lead a distributed team, manage vendors, and ensure projects ship on time and within budget while driving security and scalability.

The role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid on-site work, reporting to the GM Technology, and occasional international travel to Sydney and Semarang.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in technology operations, IT or business systems.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with strong delivery discipline.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies and IT managed services providers.
• Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure and cyber security frameworks such as NIST or CIS.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• A degree in IT, engineering or business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of change management when delivering technology to the business.
• Bonus: experience in a growing multi-region business, rolling out technology for new retail, showroom or office locations, or exposure to data platforms, AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Keep core systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, digital platforms) stable, secure and well supported.
• Own day-to-day IT service across Australia and the US via managed services partners.
• Set and track service standards with partners and ensure SLA-root-cix fixes.
• Lead evaluation of managed services partners for future growth.
