Tutor Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Head of Technical Operations to own manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations.

You will report to the CTO and drive scale by shaping teams, suppliers, and facilities to meet aggressive production targets. Ideal candidates have run production at scale for hardware-in-volume companies, built ops functions, and managed fleets of deployed products in the field.

Formación

• You have run manufacturing or operations at a company that builds complex hardware in volume.
• You have built an operations function and hired the people who run it.
• You have been responsible for a fleet of products in the field, including service and support.
• You can set targets and hire well.
• You are comfortable on a factory floor.

Responsabilidades

• Own manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations, reporting to the CTO.
• Define and execute the scale plan for hundreds of robots per year, including teams, suppliers, and facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to prevent and fix production issues at scale.
• Lead recruitment and build high-performing operations teams.
