Job summary

Tutor Intelligence, a MIT-founded robotics company based in Watertown, MA, is hiring a Head of Technical Operations. This leader will own manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations, reporting to the CTO.

You will shape how we scale production and manage the suppliers, facilities, and teams required to grow our fleet. The role requires proven hands-on experience running hardware manufacturing at scale, building an operations function, and delivering reliable field

Qualifications

• You have run manufacturing or operations at a company that builds complex hardware in volume.
• You have built an operations function and hired the people who run it.
• You have been responsible for a fleet of products in the field, including service and support.
• You can set targets and hire well.
• You are comfortable on a factory floor.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations.
• Define and scale teams, suppliers, and facilities to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth deployment and reliability.
