F5 is seeking a Head of Business Operations for Technology Operations to partner with the CTOO and senior leadership. The role shapes planning rhythms, prioritizes work, and drives execution across enterprise technology operations.

You will own demand intake, capacity planning, budgeting, and vendor management while delivering cross-functional impact and executive-grade reporting. This position requires strategic thinking and a track record of operating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business operations or strategy and operations leadership role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Executive communication skills with ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the rhythm of the business across enterprise technology operations.
• Advise CTOO leadership in decision-making and portfolio prioritization.
• Manage demand intake, capacity planning, and workforce mix across value streams.
• Own the functional budget and partner with FP&A on variances and cost transparency.
• Maintain KPI/OKR dashboards and ensure trustworthy data for governance forums.
• Coordinate governance, risk reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
