Medvelle is building out its Talent organization and seeks a Head of Talent to own recruiting across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. The role is hands-on, personally sourcing candidates while shaping scalable systems and processes to support hiring at scale.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and leads with strategic insight and execution excellence. You will work directly with the executive team in Midtown Manhattan, spearheading the recruitment function as

• Strong experience leading recruiting in fast-growing tech/healthcare SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to source and close passive and senior roles.
• Hands-on management of searches end-to-end.
• Experience building scalable recruiting processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication with executives and hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own Hiring Strategy with leadership to define priorities, headcount plans and role requirements.
• Personally source, engage, interview, and close high-quality candidates.
• Build scalable recruiting processes for sourcing, interviews, references, offers, and tracking.
• Maintain ownership of active searches, pipelines, bottlenecks and close dates.
• Partner with hiring managers to run efficient, structured interviews and maintain talent standards.
• Develop proactive sourcing channels and recruiting pipelines.
• Select and manage ATS, recruiting tools, external partners, reporting and automation.
