Job summary

VieMed is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our recruiting organization in Lafayette. You will drive strategy, develop the team, and own strategic hires while building scalable processes and predictive analytics.

You will partner with executives to forecast needs, optimize pipelines, and improve hiring outcomes across the organization. This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and inclusive recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting initiatives.
• Success managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume or leadership roles.
• Strong use of recruiting metrics and dashboards for workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team with clear performance expectations and development plans.
• Own recruiting ownership for strategic, high-impact roles while expanding team capacity.
• Develop a scalable recruiting model balancing production, specialization, and leadership.
• Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs and build candidate pipelines.
• Drive recruiting performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Create standardized recruiting processes and interview workflows for consistency.
• Oversee ATS strategy, data accuracy, and scalable workflows.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and markets.
• Assess headcount needs and plan future recruiter capacity and structure.
• Establish succession plans and growth paths within Talent Acquisition.
• Advise leadership on talent availability, market conditions, and recruiting feasibility.
• All other duties as assigned.
