Job summary

Meda Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Recruiting Director to design and drive recruiting strategies for high-quality sales professionals and leadership roles.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, interview and select top candidates, and partner with sales managers to support team expansion in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll establish KPIs, monitor hiring metrics, and implement scalable recruiting systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies independently.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Experience managing recruiting pipelines and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, interview, and recruit qualified sales professionals and leadership candidates.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Partner with sales managers and organizational leadership to identify hiring needs and support team expansion.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including candidate activity, interviews, hires, and retention.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable systems.
