Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leading an HR function.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments.
• Proven success recruiting technical and professional talent.
• Experience building talent development and leadership programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, professional, and operational roles.
• Develop talent pipelines through college partnerships, internships, and networks.
• Oversee onboarding programs creating a strong, consistent employee experience.
• Design career progression frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Advise leaders on organization design and team effectiveness.
• Manage performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Support compliance, payroll guidance, benefits, and compensation reviews.
• Promote engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience.
