Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting with 2+ years in fast-growing startups.
• Experience scaling recruiting to 100+ employees and owning the hiring plan.
• Able to manage 20+ open requisitions across varied roles.
• Personally closed 30+ hires in a 12-month window with strong retention.
• Built recruiting from zero: ATS, interview loops, scorecards, offers, reporting.
• 3+ years recruiting for manufacturing/industrial/aerospace sectors.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• US person status under ITAR and ability to work on-site in the US.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to translate growth plans into a hiring roadmap and headcount plan.
• Lead the most critical searches across production, engineering, operations, and executive roles.
• Select and deploy ATS and sourcing tools within budget.
• Create a repeatable hiring playbook and interview framework for new sites.
• Build talent pipelines via outbound sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage specialized recruiting partners and ensure cost controls.
• Set compensation bands and equity guidelines, own offers through close.
• Coach managers to write clear requirements and speed up decisions.
• Strengthen employer brand to attract top talent.
• Report time-to-fill, pass-through, offers, and retention, removing bottlenecks.
