Job summary

Little Caesars Enterprises Inc. seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead enterprise TA across restaurants, distribution, bakery operations, corporate teams, and global growth.

You will partner with leaders to translate business plans into proactive workforce strategies, build strong pipelines, and optimize recruiting governance and analytics. A high-performing TA team and scalable practices are expected to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related HR leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise recruiting functions within complex, multi-site, matrixed, or global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Lead talent acquisition projects, transformation initiatives, and budget stewardship.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on headcount planning and workforce strategies.
• Develop internal and external talent pipelines for leadership, operations, bakery, supply chain, and other roles.
• Drive sourcing methodology, candidate pipeline development, and recruitment governance for continuous improvement.
• Ensure job descriptions and selection criteria are market-aligned and defensible.
• Strengthen employer brand, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, and external partnerships.
