Wind Creek Hospitality in Illinois seeks a Director of Surveillance to manage daily operations of the Surveillance Department at the Wind Creek Chicago Southland property and support surveillance at other Wind Creek facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to maintain and enhance surveillance systems while ensuring adherence to internal controls and policy. Candidates should be prepared for irregular hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field; three years’ experience in Casino Surveillance Management preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Illinois Gaming Board regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees all activities within the surveillance room.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Investigates and monitors illegal activity.
• Interacts with law enforcement on criminal activity.
• Maintains and upgrades surveillance systems.
• Trains and supervises Surveillance staff.
• Ensures timely compliance with Illinois Gaming Board and Wind Creek standards.
