Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive process improvements, optimize inventory performance, and lead teams in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee, plan, monitor and manage supply chain teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs.

The role emphasizes solving complex challenges, directing issue resolution, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management while supporting manufacturing operations and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience.
• Experience with MRP, demand management and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Ability to analyze data and compute figures (discounts, percentages).
• Experience with SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Supply Chain teams and ensure inventory tasks meet standards.
• Resolve daily supply chain issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate supply chain issues and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure inventory plans align with supply chain goals and capacity.
• Support internal manufacturing operations and planning processes.
• Present forward-looking projections of inventory, volume and service.
