Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Project Management) to drive improvements in inventory performance and operational excellence within a manufacturing setting. You will lead teams across supply chain, analyze issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience.
• Experience with MRP, buying, demand management and forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, averages, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to supply chain teams and resolve inventory issues.
• Plan, monitor, and manage daily to quarterly supply chain tasks.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop inventory plans and ensure alignment with goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
