Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, a leading medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions provider, seeks an accomplished leader to drive profitability and growth within the Supply Chain Optimization organization. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain, including 5+ in senior leadership, with Lean/Six Sigma and technology integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma and technology integration.
• Proven track record of driving results in global, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and growth of the Supply Chain Optimization division.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency and resilience of customer end-to-end supply chains.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with inventory, manufacturing, finance, sales and IT.
• Drive cost savings, risk management, and KPI tracking across the division.
• Represent Medline at official functions and partner with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare budgets and allocate resources to initiatives and programs.
