Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Buyer to own end-to-end procurement execution and supplier management across our supply chain. You will drive RFQ development, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO management, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets.

You'll work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align requirements, track performance, and build a robust supplier base that supports rapid, high-precision production in a fast-growing aerospace-capabilities environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain execution.
• Strong project management with attention to detail and communication.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T).
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with engineers, supply chain peers, and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing across assigned commodities, RFQ development, supplier selection, and PO management.
• Interface between suppliers and customers to align requirements and timelines.
• Own demand fulfillment with focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
• Build supplier relationships using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support contracts with commercial and technical requirements execution.
• Identify process gaps and improve operational workflows.
• Coordinate with supplier quality to ensure swift issue resolution.
