Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a senior Commercial leader to drive supplier sales and marketing activation across multiple markets. You will align supplier strategies with BBG’s regional priorities, manage calendars, and partner with agencies for seamless 360 activations across BBG markets.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance to translate enterprise goals into market-level plans, while optimizing investments and driving growth opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
MBA is preferred for advanced leadership.
Demonstrated multi-market sales leadership across multiple geographies.
Ability to translate supplier strategies into market sales plans and execute locally.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with BBG leadership to align supplier goals and drive activation across markets.
Manage Supplier’s sales/marketing calendar ensuring alignment and timely execution.
Collaborate with Supplier teams and BBG Commercial Excellence to develop local marketing materials and programs.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize investments and resource allocation across markets.
