Qualifikationen

• Baccalaureate degree in Transportation Management or related field with minimum five years’ experience, two years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.

Aufgaben

• Safely lead and coordinate response during emergencies, including directing removal and restoration of third rail power.
• Manage daily operations in the OCC to support safe, reliable, on-time subway performance.
• Utilize OCC technology to monitor service and inform operational decisions.
• Follow communication protocols and provide timely notifications during incidents.
• Oversee implementation of General Orders, Signal Bulletins, and Special Operations.
• Lead safety decisions and develop plans to protect customers and personnel.
• Coordinate Random/Recheck Drug Testing per NYCT procedures.
• Direct fan plant operations to support ventilation and safety.
• Conduct investigations and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Supervise OCC staff and provide coaching as needed.
