• Experience in a role requiring analytical thinking, operational discipline, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, dynamic ops role, consulting, finance).
• Healthcare payers/providers/patients understanding or interest.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to document systems, influence stakeholders, and test process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, identify creative solutions, and go above and beyond to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of challenges and deliverables, with emphasis on end-to-end operations to support a growing patient base.
• Develop and maintain data analyses to identify areas to optimize and monitor performance as improvements are tested.
• Continuously identify and implement AI-powered efficiency gains in collaboration with engineers.
• Explore, evaluate, and execute on new workflows and opportunities, including partnerships and new products.
• Work directly with founders to balance rapid growth with profitability.
