Talanto is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations with a consulting background to lead cross-departmental initiatives, partnering with Product, GTM, Support, and other teams to drive strategic and operational excellence.

The role requires exceptional project management, strategic vision, and the ability to align efforts with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in management consulting and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years of management consulting with a focus on strategy, operations or transformation.
• Exceptional project management skills for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability using Excel, SQL, or Tableau for strategic analysis.
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across departments.
• Experience with Product, GTM, or Support teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive high-impact cross-functional projects aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM and Support to identify operational improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate strategic initiatives and processes.
• Lead project plans, timelines and resource allocation for delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and trends.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor junior team members in project execution and operational strategy.
