The Global Partnerships organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences across advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.
The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business‑critical insights using analytics and helps teams drive partnerships forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with effective day‑to‑day operations and help evolve early‑stage ideas into future‑growth initiatives.
In this role, you will cover Strategy and Operations for Search and work closely with the lead for Gemini App and GenAI Partnerships to ensure a cohesive approach across the organization. You will partner directly with Knowledge and Information Partnerships (K&IP) leaders to deliver the operational expertise and executive‑level narratives needed to help the global organization plan and execute its highest priorities in support of Google’s product mission. You will work in collaboration with partnerships and other cross‑functional teams like Product Management/Engineering (PM/Eng), Product Operations (ProdOps), and Finance.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $234000 - $325000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
